Admit it, foam is fun...

I'm fired up for this weekend's race:  5k Foam Fest

Joe, Carol, Carmela, and I will represent Team XMW in this weekend's 5k Foam Fest at Stony Creek Metro Park in Shelby Township.

This will be the 1st time I have participated in this event.  Expect a thorough review of the insane fun after the race.
